Silver Safety Reflective™ Heat Transfer Film

A retro-reflective film which produces a maximum reflectivity of 675 candela/lux/meter.
Great for designs with block lettering or shapes. Not recommended for small script fonts – probably the smallest you could go without too much trouble is (3/4)” tall block letters.
You will need to peel back the thin blue liner and cut on that side.
Do a test cut, to check pressure of the blade. Cut this material in “mirror” image, with a 60(o) blade at a slow cutting speed.
Weeding Tip: When weeding Safety Silver, since there is not adhesive on the clear carrier, it’s always good to use a pick tool and weed away from the design instead of towards it. This helps to separate the design from the area you’re trying to weed out without the danger of pulling up the design too.
Application: Nylon and other heat sensitive fabrics. Test on dazzle cloth, shiny polyester, moisture wicking fabrics

For use on nylon and heat sensitive fabrics

Press: 320(o)F for 3-5 seconds. Peel cold, then cover with Teflon sheet and repress for 10-15 seconds, let cool then remove Teflon sheet
Follow wash instructions for nylon. Turn garment inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low
Use on garments and other products used by police, firefighters, EMS, postal workers, traffic control, parking, utility, road, construction, security personnel, runners, bicyclists and motor bikers, among others.
