The rust-free cast aluminum brackets in combination with the 3/4" solid fiberglass arms, allows the Bracket System to withstand most outdoor elements. This Hi-Tech Bracket is built with a 1 degree angle to keep the banner tight. The fiberglass arms will give in the wind, reducing the wind pressure on the banner. The arms are permanently EXOPY GLUED into the aluminum brackets. This prevents any wearing of the fiberglass rod.
